Transparent overlays

A transparent overlay allows you to change the color palette used by many things in starcraft from explosions to fog of war to engine glows to the color of a cloaked unit.

Dark Purple	A dark purple with some dark blue and white. Screen shot
Dark Orange	A dark orange flame, looks more like real flames. Screen shot
