Fall of the Gods credits

Fall of the Gods is a campaign for Starcraft: Brood War based upon the book "Fall of the Gods", created by the prominent Russian fantasy writer Nick Perumov. The storyline was completely transferred from the book with as few deviations as possible, just a bit "starcraftized". :-)

The campaign was created by Ilia Snopchenko aka Snoopy from 1999 to 2004. All missions, triggers, datafile modifications and such were created by Snoopy. Since 2001, the Star Alliance has lent aid in the development, and the members of SA have contributed to the project in many ways.

New unit and hero portraits were created by these authors, in no particular order.

... and possibly some others. If I forgot anyone, tell me.

Hero voices were created by the Star Alliance staffers, as well as with the aid of AT&T's text-to-speech system.

Hagen, Hedin - voiced by Magic.
Rakoth - voiced by Thrill[ias].
Bran - voiced by Omahdon.
Old Khroft, Advisor - voiced by Snoopy.
Sigerlynn - voiced using AT&T TTS demo (before this system turned into crap).

And finally, I would like to thank a number of people for contributing, in this way or another, to the development of FotG.

Nick Perumov - for giving permission to develop this project. And for writing so many great books, of course. Without these books, I would not be the same today. They gave a lot to me, apart from being a great thing to read in spare time.

Michael Goncharov aka Sherhan - for introducing me to mr. Perumov and tolerating me for over a year when we were working together in St. Petersburg. I may get back there to annoy him, though.

Dmitry Rommel - for supporting me throughout the years, inspiring me to make new and better stuff, and keeping me from getting lazy. And for being a great friend after all, damn it! The precise list of things for which I'm grateful to him would be too lengthy to represent here. :-) You rule, Dmitry. :-)

Magic - the leader of the Star Alliance - for addressing me back in late 2000 with questions about my campaign and proposing aid with sound recording (it's something that I have troubles with, even now), and then accepting an unknown mapmaker into the Star Alliance. Magic was also supporting me during my darkest times in late 2002. He may be one of the reasons I'm still alive and feeling not so bad! :-)

Metathrom - the devoted Fall of the Gods fan who helped me beta testing the campaign, and as a leader of SA's Starcraft division, he kept me from dropping the project to Hell. Meta is also a great friend to talk with, and one can rely on him. His campaign, Flame Knives, was a source of inspiration for me, as its trigger works look miles ahead of mine, no flattering. :-)

All of the Star Alliance staff members (past and present), including but not limited to: Thrill, PC Master, BroodKiller, Kurangor, Legion, Milldawg, and others. I'm proud to be the member of the SA even now, almost four years after. Long Live Star Alliance!

Justin Olbrantz aka Quantam - for creating the MPQ and MP3 utilities MPQ2K, MPQDraft and Thundergraft. Without these, FotG would not have been possible. Or it would be in a very different and infinitely less convenient form.

My parents, and all my offline friends here in Vladivostok who tolerated my behaviour and my partial insanity for years. If they had been a bit more tough on me insisting that I must be a "normal" man, FotG would not have been completed. Still, there was some merit in their words...

I may have forgot someone, but I would like to collectively thank everyone who contributed to the project in some way.
